Growing up between two languages taught me something most marketing textbooks skip—that the space between cultures is where the most interesting stories live. I'm Isabella Puig, a bilingual brand strategist raised on Spanish creativity and sharpened at Clemson University, with time spent living and studying in Barcelona that fundamentally changed the way I see brands, people, and the world between them.

I came to brand strategy the way most people come to their truest work—sideways. Through painting, I learned to see composition before color. Through travel, I learned that a brand's meaning shifts the moment you cross a border. Through marketing, I found a discipline that lets me use all of it. Strategy is just storytelling with proof.

My work lives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and consumer insight. I'm drawn to the brands that have something real to say—the hospitality group trying to make guests feel at home across languages, the CPG brand navigating the US Hispanic market for the first time, the lifestyle brand that wants to mean something beyond its product. I care about sustainability, culture, and the kind of craft that makes people stop scrolling.

Whether I'm developing brand strategy, briefing creative, or building campaign frameworks, I bring the same thing to every room: curiosity, cultural fluency, and a genuine belief that the best brands are the ones bold enough to be specific. I'm based in Washington, DC, and actively looking for opportunities in Miami and across the country—especially with agencies doing purpose-driven work across cultures.
